Refund Policy for Tracey Clarke Coaching

At TNT Creative Trust trading as Tracey Clarke Coaching, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching services. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refund requests.


1. Client-Initiated Cancellations

You have 24 hours from the time of purchase or booking to cancel any coaching services or program for a full refund. If you wish to cancel, you must notify us in writing via email at traceyclarkecoaching@gmail.com within the 24-hour period. Once your cancellation request is received, we will process a refund of the amount paid.

  • After the 24-hour window, all payments are final, and no refunds will be issued.


2. Coach-Initiated Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel your coaching services or program at any time. If we choose to cancel your services, you will be refunded the full amount paid, less any third-party commissions or fees that may have been incurred. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation notice.


3. Payment Plans

If you are on a payment plan, the 24-hour cancellation window applies to the first payment made. Once the 24-hour period has passed, no refunds will be granted for subsequent payments, and all future payments must be completed as per the agreed payment plan.


4. Exceptions

Refunds are not applicable to:

  • Services that have already been delivered or sessions that have been completed
  • Digital products or course materials that have been accessed or downloaded


5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at traceyclarkecoaching@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Date of purchase
  • Service or program purchased
  • Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.


6. Processing Time

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. You will receive confirmation once the refund has been processed.
