Cancellation Policy for Tracey Clarke Coaching

At TNT Creative Trust trading as Tracey Clarke Coaching, we strive to provide high-quality coaching services that help our clients achieve their goals. We understand that circumstances may change, and this Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.


1. Client-Initiated Cancellations

You have 24 hours from the time of purchase or booking to cancel your coaching services for a full refund. To initiate a cancellation, you must notify us in writing via email at traceyclarkecoaching@gmail.com within the 24-hour window. If your cancellation request is made within this timeframe, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid for the service.

After 24 hours, no refunds will be issued, and all payments are considered final.


2. Coach-Initiated Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel any coaching services at any time. If we choose to cancel your coaching program or services, you will be refunded the full amount you have paid to us, minus any commissions or fees paid to third parties (such as payment processing fees). Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation notice.


3. Exceptions

  • Refunds are not applicable to any services that have already been rendered or completed.
  • For payment plans, the above refund policies apply to the amount already paid and not the remaining balance of the payment plan.


4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at traceyclarkecoaching@gmail.com. Please include your name, purchase date, and reason for cancellation. Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
