Fulfillment Policy for Tracey Clarke Coaching

At TNT Creative Trust trading as Tracey Clarke Coaching, we are committed to delivering our coaching services and digital products in a timely and effective manner. This Fulfillment Policy outlines how and when services will be delivered to ensure a clear understanding of expectations.


1. Delivery of Coaching Services

Upon successful registration and payment for any coaching program, the following steps will be taken to fulfill the services:

  • One-on-One Coaching: Once you sign up for a one-on-one coaching session or program, you will be contacted via email to schedule the sessions. All sessions will be delivered virtually, unless otherwise agreed upon, via platforms such as Zoom.
  • Group Coaching Programs: For group coaching programs, participants will receive an email with information about the program start date, schedule, and access details. Group sessions are typically conducted online via Zoom or another designated platform.
  • Challenge and Course Materials: If you are participating in a challenge or purchasing a course, you will receive access to all relevant materials (e.g., workbooks, templates, video content) within 24 hours of payment. These materials will be provided via email or accessible through an online platform.


2. Timeframe for Fulfillment

  • Ready-Made Challenges: Upon purchasing a ready-made challenge, all relevant digital assets (branding packages, challenge designs, workbooks, etc.) will be delivered via email or shared access within 1 to 3 business days.
  • Fast Track Academy & Programs: Program materials, including access to any online resources, will be provided within 48 hours of confirmed enrollment. Group calls and live sessions are delivered on pre-scheduled dates and times, which will be communicated in advance.


3. Client Responsibility

  • Scheduling Sessions: It is the client's responsibility to book and attend coaching sessions at the agreed-upon times. We provide flexibility in rescheduling, but cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Completion of Materials: Clients are encouraged to fully engage with and complete the provided course materials, homework, and exercises to achieve the best outcomes from the coaching program.


4. Failure to Deliver

If for any reason we are unable to fulfill our services as outlined, we will promptly notify you and provide options for rescheduling or an alternative solution. In the rare event of non-fulfillment, refunds may be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy.
